WINTER SPECIALTY DRINKS
Firing Squad - Patron Silver tequila, house made grenadine, fresh squeezed lime juice and a dash of Angostura bitters.
El Diablo Mary - House jalapeño infused Tito's Handmade vodka and house made bloody mary mix. Garnished with garlic stuffed olives, fresh slice of jalapeño and a lemon wedge.
Caulfield Fashion - Rittenhouse 100 Rye whiskey, Patron Citronage, house made *In Bloom Bitters, muddled orange, lemon and sugar, strained and topped with champagne.
A Classic - Hendrick’s gin, dry vermouth with a slice of cucumber.
GrapeElder Cosmo - Finlandia Grapefruit vodka, St. Germaine Elderflower liqueur, fresh squeezed lime juice and cranberry juice.
Peppermint Mojito - Muddled mint and lime, Bacardi, Peppermint Schnapps, club soda, sour mix and grenadine.
Chocolate Peanut Butter - Van Gogh Caramel, “NUT” Peanut Butter vodka, Godiva Dark Chocolate liqueur and cream.
Calico Jack - Pyrat XO Reserve rum, Patron Citronage, fresh squeezed lime, house made *Orange Bitters and simple syrup
Pomegranate Champagne Punch - Korbel Brut champagne, Bacardi rum, pomegranate juice, fresh pomegranate seeds, mint and lemon and served over ice.
Hopka Tonic - IPA fan? How about a cocktail? House hop infused Tito’s Handmade vodka with tonic and lime.
*In Bloom Bitters- Bacardi 151, lavender, sage, rose petals, gentian root extract, star anise and dried grapefruit and lemon peel. *Orange Bitters- Everclear, fennel seed, coriander, cardamom, gentian root extract and dried orange peel.
