THE STANDARDS
(All Beers available in 10oz, 16oz, 22oz and Pitcher)
The Tavern Light - A straw colored, light bodied brew with a slightly sweet maltiness balanced by a touch of hops resulting in a crisp, refreshing, easy drinking delight! A more flavorful light beer. ABV 4.3%
TCT Pale Ale - This beer bridges the gap between our Light and IPA. Golden in color with a bready malt character and a firm hop bitterness followed by a slight citrus flavor and aroma. ABV 5.5%
Batch “X” IPA - With the increasing number of hops available we decided not to limit ourselves to just one India Pale Ale . This ever changing hop experiment will continue to feature different combinations of hops from citrus to pine to floral or fruity. ABV - Varies
Tully’s Irish Red - This medium bodied beer is red in color and features a pronounced caramel malt flavor with just a slight hint of roastiness. ABV 5.3%
Silk City Irish Stout - Jet black this stout has a coffee aroma and a fair amount of roasted malt bitterness. Despite its color it has a light body and the low alcohol makes it easy to drink. ABV 4.1%
Beer Flight - Try 5 samples of your choice. 7
UPCOMING BEER RELEASES
Maibock - Translating to “bock beer of May” in German. Our Maibock is deep gold in color with a pronounced malty sweetness and a light kiss of hops.
X2 Double IPA - A bigger, hoppier, more aggressive version of our Flux IPA. Brewed with plenty of malt and a ridiculous amount of hops, this beer is for serious hop heads!
N19PC - Named after an airplane that our owner Sean’s father flew, this reddish colored Vienna-style lager features a soft malt profile with a crisp finish. A portion of every beer sold will be donated to charity for prostate cancer research.
Das Hefeweizen - Modeled after the traditional wheat beers of Bavaria, our hefe has a cloudy, straw-colored appearance. It is fermented with an authentic Weizenbier yeast which imparts delicate notes of clove, vanilla and banana.
Rain Delay RyePA – Brewed with a large percentage of malted rye and 100% Galaxy hops from Australia. This twist on a traditional pale ale merges the spiciness of rye with a big citrus hop blast.
Summer Saison – This farmhouse style Belgian beer was originally brewed by farmhands to provide sustenance for long days working in the fields. A perfect summer beer for long days of taking on yard work!
Do you have a beer style you would like Brian to brew? Send us your idea and if we brew the style you suggest you will get the first growler of the batch on us. Send your suggestions and ideas to: next-brew@tullycrosstavern.com

THE OTHER TAPS - Aside from The Standards our brewer Brian tries to provide a diverse sampling of beers that our guests might not normally come across to provide the most unique experience. Made in smaller batches these beers may look the same, but their tastes and aromas can be vastly different. Brewmaster and beer author Garrett Oliver once said that “beer is food”. Like food, beer has a seasonal nature. Crisp and refreshing in the summer, hearty and comforting in the winter, our seasonal selection of beers change with the weather and since we live in New England they change. So don’t hesitate, try a sample, because once you realize you like it, it might be gone.
OUR SEASONALS - Brian and Sean are working on a new seasonal line-up for Tullycross Tavern & Microbrewery. We are almost done and will be posting it soon!
